What TopRanked.win is

TopRanked.win is a free tool for creating competitive leaderboards with skill-based ratings. No accounts or sign-ups are required. You create a leaderboard, share the link, and anyone with the link can log matches.

What data we store

• Player names — the names entered when adding players to a leaderboard (these can be nicknames, initials, or any identifier your group chooses)
• Match results — who won and lost, timestamps, and optional scores
• Avatars — emoji selections for players
• Tournament data — bracket structures and results
• Leaderboard settings — name, configuration

We do not store: email addresses, passwords, IP addresses, cookies, payment information, or any data beyond what is entered into a leaderboard.

How data is stored

All data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages and D1 database). Data is associated with a unique leaderboard URL — there are no user accounts. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

Data deletion

You can delete individual matches from the match history (which recalculates ratings). If you want an entire leaderboard and all its data permanently deleted, contact us via the feedback form in the settings menu and include your leaderboard URL.

Trust-based model

TopRanked.win uses a trust-based system. Anyone with the leaderboard link can log matches and manage players. This is by design — it keeps the tool simple and removes admin bottlenecks. Share your leaderboard link only with people you trust.

If someone logs incorrect results, any participant can delete the match from the history to correct it.

Cookies & tracking

TopRanked.win does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising. There are no third-party scripts collecting your data. The only external script loaded is Google Charts (for rating history graphs).

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with you. Since we don't have user accounts, "your data" means player names you've entered. You can:

• Delete matches involving you (from match history)
• Request full leaderboard deletion via the feedback form
• Use nicknames or initials instead of real names

Terms of use

• TopRanked.win is provided as-is, free of charge
• We reserve the right to remove leaderboards that contain offensive content
• We may introduce optional paid features in the future — existing free features will remain free
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of results entered by users
• Service availability is not guaranteed — back up important data using the export feature
